The images of the artworks on our website are just for reference purpose only. We have tried our best to show the real and actual colors, but we can’t guarantee that what you see on your mobile/computer screen will be exactly the same as the real artwork. The actual artwork may look a little different from the reference images due to photo shot.

Everything on this website (tasawurartgallery), including text, images, logos, and software, belongs to Tasawur Art Gallery. You can use the website for purchasing and information, but you cannot copy, change, share, or sell anything from it without permission.

You are not allowed to:

  • Edit or change anything on the website.
  • Share content unless it is clearly allowed for sharing. If sharing is allowed, it should only be within your business or for presentations to clients.

Please read these rules and regulations before buying anything from our website. These rules and regulations explain who we are, how we sell our products, and what to do if you have a problem with your order.

  1. Ordering Our Products

4.1- You can order products from our website by following the steps given. When you place an order, you must pay for it if we accept it.
4.2 -You can check and correct mistakes before placing your order. Please review your order carefully.
4.3 -We will send you a confirmation email after we accept your order. The contract between us starts when you receive this email. We will charge you only after this email is sent.
4.4-Once we have shipped your order, we cannot cancel it. If you change your mind, you can return it following our return policy.
4.5-Please make sure we have your correct contact details so we can reach you if needed.

  1. Availability of Products

5.1-Orders depend on whether the products are in stock. We will tell you if a product is unavailable or delayed.
5.2 If we cannot provide a product, we will inform you and not charge you. If you already paid, we will refund you.

  1. Prices of Products

6.1 Product prices are listed on our website but may have errors.
6.2 Prices may change, but once we accept an order, the price will not change for that order.
6.3 Prices include taxes but do not include delivery costs. These costs will be added at the time of shipment.

  1. How to Pay

7.1 We accept payment methods listed on our website. You must pay in advance for your order and any delivery charges.
7.2 By ordering, you should confirm that your payment details are correct.

  1. Delivery Information

8.1-Order delivery shall be made through a well-known national/international courier service provider. Standard delivery time to all destinations should be expected. Standard delivery charges as quoted by the courier company shall be applicable and payable by the buyer at the time of making the purchase.

8.2- Buyers can track their delivery using the courier company’s tracking system. Tasawur Art Gallery will provide the tracking details.

8.3-Order deliveries may take longer during holidays or busy periods. Tasawur Art Gallery cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Any delivery-related concerns should be addressed directly to the courier company, as we are not responsible for delays.

8.4- Once the order is handed over to the courier company, the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

8.5-Tasawur Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.

8.6-If there is a long delay, you can cancel your order, and we will refund you.

  1. Return/Refund Policy

9.1-We do not accept returns for international orders (outside of Pakistan) because returning items may result in extra customs charges.

9.2-We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.    
9.3- To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
9.4- To start a return request, email us at info@tasawurartgallery.com Return items must be sent to the address provided by the gallery
9.5- If we accept your return request, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. We will not accept items sent without first requesting a return.

9.6- Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund the amount to your given account. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

9.8- The Gallery may make special exceptions for returns in certain cases.

10-Customised Artwork

These terms and conditions apply when you request a customized artwork from Tasawur Art Gallery. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Process

  • Clients must provide clear details about the customized artwork, including size, style, colors, and any reference images.
  • We will confirm the order details, price, and estimated completion time before starting the artwork.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • The price of the customized artwork will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to start the project. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the artwork creation has started.

3. Artwork Creation & Revisions

  • We will create the artwork based on the agreed specifications.
  • One minor revision is allowed at no extra cost. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
  • Major modifications after work has begun may require a new agreement.

4. Completion & Delivery

  • The estimated completion time will be communicated before starting the artwork.
  • Tasawur Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.
  • The client is responsible for shipping or pickup arrangements, and additional costs may apply.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • Tasawur Art Gallery retains the copyright to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Tasawur Art Gallery reserves the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
  • If work has already begun, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • No refunds are available for completed customized artworks.

7. Damages & Liability

  • We take great care in packaging and delivering artwork. However, we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the artwork.
