Return/Refunds Policy

1-We do not accept returns for international orders (outside of Pakistan) because returning items may result in extra customs charges.

2-We have a 7-days return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.    

3- To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

5- If we accept your return request, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. We will not accept items sent without first requesting a return.

6- Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund the amount to your given account. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

8- The Gallery may make special exceptions for returns in certain cases.

9-Tasawur Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card Company to process and post the refund too.
